These terms & conditions are set and observed in order for you to exhibit consisent vocal growth so do keep these in mind! 

•  Session package validity: For [x10] 45-minute session package, mentees are allotted three weekly leaves; exceeding leaves will result in forfeiture of a session per additional leave. Session credits may not be shared nor transferred to a different person.

•  Fees & Refunds: Fees are to be paid in full before the start of sessions and no refund of any amount shall be issued once payment is made. Unused/expired sessions are non-refundable.

•  Booking: Mentees may book their sessions in advance through the portal. The portal allows session bookings at least 24 hours ahead of the time slot preferred; late booking requests will not be granted. For flexibility and convenience, sessions may be booked in varying days and time slots.

   Mentees are responsible for securing their weekly session, and are expected to take one session per week. Additional sessions within the same week will be subject to the mentor's approval. (Does not apply to one-time Song Coaching.)

•  Cancellation: Should a mentee have the need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming session, they are encouraged to do so as early as possible. Once the session time starts, it may no longer be cancelled nor rescheduled. (One-time Song Coaching may only be rescheduled in advance once.)

•  It is the responsibility of the mentee to ensure that their equipment is working properly prior to the start of each session. Session time will not be adjusted should a technical difficulty arise, unless it is caused by the mentor. The mentor is also not obliged to extend the session if the mentee shows up late.

•  All content in any recordings of your sessions is the intellectual property of the mentor. Recorded session videos are for your private reference and study only, and may not be distributed on any platform or shared with other parties without the mentor's express written consent.

• Technical requirements:

1. Laptop or desktop computer with webcam / latest Apple iPads or Android tablets.

2. Extra smartphone or tablet (For playing your music externally as you sing).

3. Fast and stable internet connection.

You may also use a pair of headphones/earphones if you'd like.
